We have 52 benches, many of which were in poor condition when we performed our assessment in 2017.

Plans:

• We plan to do touch-up sanding and paint benches annually to maintain their good condition.

Accomplishments

2018:

• The remaining 6 benches were replaced in 2018!
• We painted all of the benches replaced in 2017 at our April and July Work Parties.

2017:

• After we completed our assessment in April, the NPS replaced 46 of the 52 benches in 2017!
